Lucky 83 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Rules

Welcome to Lucky 83. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky 83 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Lucky 83 website located at lucky83.app, including all services, games, promotions, and features made available through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Lucky 83 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Lucky 83 platform in any way.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Lucky 83.

Access to Lucky 83 and participation in any games, betting markets, or promotions is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 83 does not permit persons under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at any point, and accounts where the player cannot verify their age will be suspended pending review.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law at the time you place bets or access the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of Lucky 83 or any of its associated companies, providers, or licensors, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list and must not have been permanently excluded from the Lucky 83 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity.

Lucky 83 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be closed and any funds held in them dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

To use Lucky 83's paid services — including depositing, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and preferred PKR payment method details.

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Lucky 83 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Lucky 83 employs active detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, Lucky 83 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses received across the duplicate accounts, and in cases of deliberate abuse, permanently close all associated accounts and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, security pin, or account access with any other person. Lucky 83 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Lucky 83 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers our compliance monitoring. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Accounts that fail KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

Lucky 83 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by Lucky 83 on any PKR transaction.

Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Lucky 83 reserves the right to add or remove payment method support at any time and without prior notice. The current list of supported methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Lucky 83 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically instant for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Lucky 83 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. For verified accounts, mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically arrive within 5 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.

• Lucky 83 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has triggered compliance review.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal account must match the name on your Lucky 83 account.
• Lucky 83 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled if Lucky 83 identifies a violation of these Terms prior to processing.

Lucky 83 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms take precedence over the general terms in this section where there is any conflict.

General bonus rules applicable to all Lucky 83 promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded to individual registered accounts only. They cannot be transferred, combined with other offers without express permission, or claimed on behalf of another player.
• Lucky 83 monitors bonus claims for patterns indicating abuse — including multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies designed to eliminate risk, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be closed permanently.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal request can be processed from a balance that includes bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity.
• Lucky 83 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are being wagered in good faith.
• Specific game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games and table games may contribute at lower rates. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms.

All games available on Lucky 83 — including slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, poker, and jackpot slots — operate according to individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. These rules are accessible within each game before play commences. Lucky 83 strongly recommends familiarising yourself with a game's rules and paytable before wagering real PKR.

All RNG-based (random number generator) games on Lucky 83 use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot and RNG game is published within the game's information panel. Lucky 83 does not manipulate game outcomes in any direction.

Live casino games are operated by professional dealers under continuous monitoring. Game outcomes are determined by physical objects — real cards, real roulette wheels — rather than software algorithms. Streams are monitored for quality and fairness at all times.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or communication failure — that affects the outcome of a game round, Lucky 83 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's balance. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable malfunction are not payable and will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky 83 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation:

• Multiple accounts: Registering, holding, or operating more than one Lucky 83 account, under any name or using any method to obscure the connection between accounts.
• Money laundering: Using Lucky 83 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of legitimising proceeds from any unlawful activity. Lucky 83 complies with applicable financial crime prevention obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other competitive game format available on Lucky 83.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the Lucky 83 platform in any way without prior written authorisation from Lucky 83.
• Abuse of technical vulnerabilities: Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Lucky 83 platform or in any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not payable.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment methods to fund a Lucky 83 account, or initiating chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Underage gaming: Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by minors.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Lucky 83 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Lucky 83 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that:

• The player has violated these Terms or any other policy of the Lucky 83 platform.
• The account is being used for prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continuation of the account would expose Lucky 83 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Lucky 83 may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation and resolution.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Lucky 83 support. Prior to closing your account, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be addressed. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being removed, while real-money balances will be returned.

Lucky 83 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we actively support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

Lucky 83 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to every registered player at any time through the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky 83 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Lucky 83 content without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Lucky 83's software or content.
• Use Lucky 83's intellectual property for any commercial purpose including marketing, advertising, or promotional activity.
• Frame or mirror any Lucky 83 content on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of Lucky 83's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose the offending party to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 83's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Lucky 83 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim, or Rs 50,000 — whichever is lower.

Lucky 83 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Lucky 83 platform or any service within it.
• Any technical malfunction, network failure, or third-party service failure beyond our reasonable control.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in game rules, odds displays, or promotional terms where corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where that access was made possible by the player's failure to keep credentials secure.
• Any gaming losses incurred by a player as a result of their own decisions on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky 83's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Lucky 83 collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and Lucky 83. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Lucky 83 collects the personal information you provide during registration and KYC, transaction data related to your deposits and withdrawals, game activity data, and device and session information generated by your use of the platform. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfil regulatory obligations, and improve the platform.

Lucky 83 does not sell player data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform (payment processors, game providers, cloud infrastructure), with regulatory bodies where required, and where disclosure is required by law.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to correct inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances to request deletion of their data. Requests can be directed to support@lucky83.app.

Lucky 83 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — Lucky 83 will endeavour to provide notice through the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Lucky 83 platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Lucky 83 recommends reviewing the Terms at least once per quarter and whenever you receive a notification of a change.
